Frozen Friends Ice Cream & Treats is a family-friendly mobile ice cream business based in Massachusetts. They needed a logo that felt welcoming, playful, and memorable, something that would connect instantly with kids and parents alike while standing out on a mobile trailer.
The logo development began with multiple hand-drawn pencil concepts, each exploring a distinct visual direction suited for a mobile, family-focused brand. These concepts emphasized approachability, clarity at a distance, and flexibility across real-world applications like signage, uniforms, and merchandise. This early exploration allowed the client and me to evaluate personality, expression, and brand tone before committing to a final direction.
Once a concept was selected, I refined the artwork into a polished illustrated logo and tested it across branded mockups, including a mobile trailer and merchandise. The final mascot logo captures the cheerful spirit of Frozen Friends while remaining practical, legible, and adaptable. It's built to work just as well rolling down the street as it does on packaging or apparel.
